Refund policy

We have a 48 hour return policy which means you may cancel your order up to 48 hours before it's delivery date and receive a full refund. Item's are non-refundable less than 48 hours prior to delivery or following delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be one of our online bloom boxes or bags - refunds are not available for custom order.

 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If your flowers are damaged or do not meet your expectations please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt of the arrangement and we will do our best to make it right.  


Postponements/Delivery Date Changes
If you wish to update your delivery date please contact boutiqueblooms@rachelaclingen.com. Deliveries postponements within 2 days of the original delivery date and made at least 24 hours prior to original delivery date will have no additional fees. Delivery date changes made less than 24 hours before original delivery date will be subject to a fee up to the full cost of the order depending on whether the arrangement was already made or not.


Refunds
Refunds will be automatically credited to the credit card used for purchase.  A refund notice will be sent to the email or phone number on file.
